Lynette J. Hoy is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Lynette has recently been granted the designation by the International Board of Christian Counselors as a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor. Lynette is the co-author of What's Good About Anger? and the founder and President of the Anger Management Institute offering court-ordered anger management courses/programs and training certification for leaders, counselors and facilitators. Lynette is a Certified Anger Management Specialist-IV, Diplomate, Supervisor and Consultant with the National Anger Management Association. She is a Crisis Counselor and Domestic Violence Advocate.  Mrs. Hoy co-presents the Anger Management Institute Trainer-Specialist Certification workshops which have been granted approval in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 by NBCC - National Board for Certified Counselors and the National Association of Social Workers to award 12 CEs.

Steve Yeschek is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Steve is co-founder with Lynette of CounselCare Connection, P.C. Steve was the Director of the Rapha Treatment Center in Chicago for 9 years and has extensive experience as a professional in the counseling field. 
Steve is a Certified Anger Management Specialist-IV, Diplomate, Supervisor and Consultant with the National Anger Management Association and co-presents Anger Management Training conferences. Steve is an experienced life coach, an Associate Pastor and oversees LifeCARE Ministries at his church.

Lynsey Steiner, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, joined CounselCare Connection, P.C. as an Associate early in 2007. Lynsey is a Certified Anger Management Professional. We are pleased to have Lynsey in our practice as she offers new areas of specialization in substance abuse, sexual abuse, loss, women's and adolescent issues.

James Bedell, Clinical Psychologist is the Clinical Director of CounselCare Connection, P.C. and the Director of the Testing Division. James is a Certified Anger Management Specialist-IV, Diplomate, Supervisor and Consultant with the National Anger Management Association and a co-presenter of the Anger Management Institute Trainer-Specialist Certification workshops.
