Who We Are:

Lynette J. Hoy, NCC, LCPC, CAMS-V, CCTP, is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Certified Anger Management Specialist-V and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Lynette was awarded a lifetime achievement award from the National Anger Management Association in April, 2018 at their Washington DC conference. Lynette has obtained the credential Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She was granted designation by the  International Board of Christian Counselors as a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor. Lynette is the author of all What’s Good About Anger? Books and workbooks, author of various anger management resources/articles. She is the founder and President of the Anger Management Institute offering court-ordered anger management courses/programs and training certification for leaders, counselors and facilitators. Lynette is a Certified Anger Management Specialist-V, Diplomate, Supervisor and Consultant with the National Anger Management Association. She is a Crisis Counselor and Domestic Violence Advocate and has had 111 hours of training in coaching.  Mrs. Hoy co-presents the Anger Management Institute Trainer-Specialist Certification workshops which have been granted approval from 2006-2022 by NBCC – National Board for Certified Counselors; NAADAC; the National Association of Social Workers to award 12 CEs/CEUs and NAMA and IAODAPCA for 13 CEUs.

Steve Yeschek LCSW, CAMS-IV, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Anger Management Specialist-IV. Steve is co-founder with Lynette of CounselCare Connection, P.C. Steve was the Director of the Rapha Treatment Center in Chicago for 9 years and has extensive experience as a professional in the counseling field.
Steve is a Certified Anger Management Specialist-IV, Diplomate, Supervisor and Consultant with the National Anger Management Association and co-presents Anger Management Training conferences. Steve is an experienced life coach, an Associate Pastor and oversees LifeCARE Ministries at his church.
