We are committed to meeting the needs of people like you who may be in personal, emotional, mental or relational crisis. We want to provide guidance and resources to help you whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, abuse, grief, marriage, family, relationship or spiritual issues.When there is a problem or when life seems overwhelming… you can find help and hope with CounselCare Connection.

As a licensed, clinical, professional counseling practice, we offer help. We work together with you to identify problems, find the spiritual and practical resources which will make your life more manageable, and facilitate the healing process.
In offering clinical assistance, we’re committed to a practice that explores the needs that you find most pressing.

CounselCare Connection, an organization established by Lynette Hoy, NCC, LCPC (Oak Brook, IL) and Steve Yeschek, LCSW (Yeschek & Associates in Cary, IL) provides personal/relational counseling, educational, coaching and Professional certification training in Anger and Conflict Management, Lay counseling, and PREP marriage communication skills. Phone or office counseling: for personal and relationship issues, anger management, alcohol abuse/addictions, sexual or internet addictions, depression, anxiety and other issues. Note: some issues need face-to-face counseling. Our counselors will refer you to another counselor in your area when needed.
